Mission Statement
It is our goal to offer a program that will meet the needs of each member. We strive to encourage our participants to maintain positive relationships with others in the community, as well as those who are involved in other All-Star programs.We strive to challenge our teams to do their best. Those in our programs will be encouraged and assisted by dedicated staff. We want the members in our program to enjoy themselves, be part of a team that promotes safety and health and strive to obtain positive values for themselves. We are here to have fun but also to learn. We participate in fundraising in order to assist us financially. However, we also fundraise as a way to help us learn to work together as a team. We participate in community events to demonstrate that we appreciate those who support us and we wish to give back to others.
As we know, childhood quickly passes and it is our hope that our members will leave our program with positive memories and knowledge that they can look back on with pride.Code of Conduct
Team unity is extremely important to us. We ask that our team members be courteous and friendly to all teams and athletes. We also ask that from the day you sign with the mustangs, that you show true sportsmanship and refrain from speaking negatively about any other team, program, score, decision, or placement. This includes both verbally and on the internet; both inside and outside of cheerleading.
It is our desire to move forward and promote a healthy atmosphere for all. We will strive to teach our athletes sportsmanship and respect. Anyone who behaves or speaks in an inappropriate matter in regards to these rules, immediately subjects him/herself to the possibility of dismissal from the program.
